Analytics Dashboards display a bird's-eye view of account usage, so you can easily gain critical insights that enable you to optimize the management and delivery of user experiences.

CloudShare provides the following Analytics Dashboards out-of-the-box, available based on the account license:

Analytics Area

Dashboard Name and Description

Cost Management

Total Spend. How much you spent over a selection of specific months broken down by resource type, such as user days, RAM GB-hours, and monthly peak disk. It also shows the total spent over the report period broken down by project and team, and the amount spent per month per resource type over the report period. You can filter the dashboard by resource type as well as report period.

Training Spend. How much you spent on training monthly and in total over a selected report period, filterable by resource type and broken down by class, project, team and resource type.

Channels Spend. How much you spent over a selection of specific months for each Channel broken down by resource type, such as user days, RAM GB-hours, and monthly peak disk.

Remaining PO Balance. Your current and previous remaining PO balances, with a clear view of how your remaining balance is distributed between resource types. You can filter the dashboard by any selection of resource types. 

Environments and Blueprints

Blueprint Usage. Blueprint usage as environment runtime and environment creations by blueprint. 

Environment Usage. Environment usage broken down by user, environment, usage time and RAM hours. 

Current Environment Status. Environment status broken down by environment status, deletion reason, and resource usage.

Project Members

Project Members Usage. How are your Projects being used by Project Members? See user activities according to Project and Experience Types, as well as breakdowns for user activity hours.

Resources

Dashboards

  • Overall Resources Consumption. See your account's summary usage in terms of Disk Storage, Memory (RAM) and User Hours. You can also view current Resources Consumption against your set Quota per Project (e.g., Storage quota attainments in Project 'A').

  • User Hours Consumption. See your account's usage in terms of User Hours, broken down by Experience Types, Projects and Teams.

  • Storage/Disk Consumption. See your account's usage in terms of Disk Storage, broken down by Storage types, Projects, Blueprints and Teams.

  • Memory (RAM) Consumption. See your account's usage in terms of Memory (RAM), broken down by Projects, Blueprints and Teams.

  • Users. See your account's usage in terms of Users per month and per location, over time.

  • Policies Consumption. See your account's overall Policy usage, broken down by Projects, Blueprints, Regions, and more.

  • Resources Notification. Use this dashboard to create real-time alerts when an important goal is reached or an unexpected change occurs. For more details, click here.

Reports

  • Overall Resources Consumption Report. Displays your account's peak resource consumption by Disk Storage and Memory (RAM).

  • Environments Disk Peak. Displays your account's peak usage by Owner, Environment, Project and more.

  • Blueprints Disk Peak. Displays your account's peak usage by Blueprint, Project and more.

  • Cloud Folders Disk Peak. Displays your account Cloud Folders peak usage by Owner, Project and more.

  • RAM/Memory Peak. Displays RAM and memory peak usage by Environment, Owner, Blueprint and more.

  • User Hours Report. Displays user hours by Experience Type, Experience Name, Blueprint and more.

Sales Enablement

Blueprint/Opportunity Analysis. Opportunities per blueprint and total/average tab activity time by user/opportunity.

Completed POCs. Shows only those POCs which were completed within (a) the last 48 hours and (b) the current and last month, along with each prospect's total activity time. Grouped by opportunity, in date order.

POCs at Risk. Shows only those POCs whose invitations are (a) set to expire within 48 hours or (b) were sent more than 3 days ago, but have not yet been started by the prospect. Grouped by opportunity, in date order.

Lost POCs. (Part of the POCs at Risk dashboard.) Shows only those POCs which were never started and have expired within the current and last month. Grouped by opportunity, in date order.

POCs in Progress. Real-time summary of currently ongoing POCs by actual start time and opportunity, showing total activity time for each.

POCs Overview.  High-level views of POC status and user activity by date and opportunity.

Training

Dashboards

  • Overall Training. A comprehensive summary of account Training activities by Status and Type for a selected period (i.e., Day, Week, Month, Quarter), as well as a Participation Summary and Top Ten Analysis of key selected metrics.

  • User Participation. See detailed analytics for total and average participation times, training type, invited vs. total participants, geographical distribution, and student drop-off rates, for a selected period.

  • Business Participation. See detailed analytics for business users (i.e., from business email domains) including number of classes attended, training type and attendance over time, as well as a top ten analysis of participating businesses and training types, for a selected period

Reports

  • Training Participation Report. Displays total class sizes by course, including class names, no-shows, total registered participants and more.

  • Student Participation Report. Displays the total number of students by the duration of their participation time, with a detailed breakdown by participant.

  • Training Business Participation Report. Displays the total number of business participants by their domain, with a detailed breakdown.

  • Training Non-Business Participation Report. Displays the total number of non-business participants (i.e., those who registered via a public email platform) by domain, with a detailed breakdown.

  • Training Business Resources Report. Displays participation levels and resource usage details for each business participant.
