Our integration package plugin lets sales engineers use their Salesforce Lightning account to invite end users to:

An invited user can spin up and view their own personal copy of the environment or POC in their browser.

After installing the package, you create end user invitations from a Salesforce Lightning Opportunity page, specifying the recipients of your choice. There's no need to log into CloudShare in order to send an invitation.

You can also track the status of each invitation from the Salesforce Lightning Opportunity page, seeing when it was accepted and also when the end user engages with the selected environment or POC.

CloudShare's Salesforce Lightning plugin is installed and configured by a Salesforce administrator, using a CloudShare user's API details.

Although sending and monitoring invitations does not require a CloudShare login, you do need to prepare the Blueprint in CloudShare that will be the source for the recipient's personal environment. (This can be done separately on CloudShare by IT personnel.)
