Unable to Create Second Environment Due to Quota?

Team,

I migrated to the Individual plan and now need to spin up a second environment. I'm well within allocated storage, RAM and CPU usage, but notice that my GB per hour have been exceeded. How do I go about purchasing additional resources so that I can quickly create this second environment? Not used to metered service like this.

  Hi Sid, you're likely hitting a disk limit. You can see used resources from Management > Account

  Hi Peter, I corresponded with her this afternoon. I'm a bit confused because I see a 500 GB storage allotment, of which 300 GB is currently used by one environment. The new environment I want to add, Java Development, states it only consumes 70 GB of storage. Is the system under-reporting the amount of storage my current environment is using? I was told to delete old snapshots, but only one exists. Any other suggestions besides tearing down the 300 GB environment to get the Java environment in place?

  Hi Sid - unfortunately not in this case. Storage is made up of the environment, it's blueprint and cloud folders. Individual is great for a single env, but if you need more, TeamLabs is the way to go.
