cannot find more recent blueprints

hello support - i am desperately looking for a blueprint/template of the recent work we have been carrying out on our cloudshare space - for some reason the only blue print which is available to us is one that dates back to february - does the system not backup the last session on the server before suspending/termninating an environment ? this is really not very userfriendly i have to say and i do find the control panel somewhat confusing - i really need to get a blueprint with all the files we were working with only a week ago back up and running - please keep in mind that many of the blue prints created today are copies of blank sites as I tried to recompile our previous session - thank you for your help - this is quite urgent !

or is it that once the environment is deleted that the files are lost ?
this would really be very impractical + i would really have to reconsider cldoushare on any future projects - because since you have updated the system, its really been a nightmare keeping up with it -

  Hi Barni, this will really depend on whether you took any snapshots. By default, envs run according to a policy. This means they run for exactly how long you want them to, but you don't need to have one always active. Snapshots are basically the save button. If you took a snapshot, you can go to Environments > Create Environment and select "Project Temaplates" to relaunch from your snapshot.
