Can I download a VM backup?

I can take a snapshot of a VM which can be restored later, but if I choose to sever my Cloudshare subscription for a while and take it out again later on, is it right that I will lose previous snapshots and there is no possibility of downloading a snapshot for later usage?

  That's correct. However our TeamLabs and Enterprise platforms allow you to export your environments.
