Environment stuck at preparing..
Like everyone else, our environment is stuck at "preparing" evidently we have to post a public message to have someone work on it instead of using the information I filled out in a ticket?

For the future.. The email you get when you open a ticket as a Pro Plus customer is very discouraging. Sounds like you have to post to get help and that your ticket is not being looked at (IMHO):
