Not able to access web url

    hmmmm I don't think there's an 'allowed list'. I know you can LIMIT ports - but you can't just add a port and expect it to be open. Try using their open ports, they're listed in the forums on web access

    1.TCP/UDP ports:Actually I was talking about advanced networking steps given here:

    2.Unfortunately I can not change port number as its 3rd party application and runs on 11090 port only.

    Im almost sure you can change the port on the app....

    i would recommend you on contacting their support...makes more sense that there is a way to change the port, than CloudShare will open a port on their Firewalls

    thats a good point, I'd suggest just changing your port too. BTW, the link you sent to the other post has this under point 4.:
    "The ports you add here must be in the list of ports open in the corporate firewall"

    so looks like 11090 is 'globally' closed. back to what Ken said - changing your port makes more sense
