VM is extremely slow this morning
This morning I started using my VM around 5am EDT; it is now 6:30am EDT. During this hour & 1/2 the VM has been extremely slow with every 15-30 secs a pause of 5 secs or more between VM execution / screen repaints. This makes the VM unusable for any but the most basic tasks. I saw the same behaviour last week at the same time, early in the morning EDT. I've checked my desktop PC and my Internet connection and it all checks out fine. I ran your remote access tests and got these results:

Hello John, there was a minor update to our service which caused the slowness like you mentioned. Performance has returned to normal now.
