Any idea how to fix this issue:

Vanity URL not working- It is showing error

Web Access Error
The remote server you tried to access failed to respond.
The environment owner should check the configuration and verify that the web server is properly configured.

  so the error is kinda right there in your explanation. It's your site, you're the environment owner. so you should probably start by reading here:
