regarding payment issues
I have purchased online environment for individual user for 99$ on APR 15th 2015 by using my debit Card details, An amount of 52.50 $ has been deducted on the same day.
On May 1st 205 an amount of 448$ has been deducted from the same account. 99$ + 349$.
When i asked about the reason, i got a reply stating that excess usgae of the Memory plus 99$ for May month.
My point is how come with out informing you people have deducted the money from my account.
2. my subscription is valid for 1 month(from 15th APR to 15th May 2015), without informing me how come you people have extended when my environment date is still 2 weeks away.
With out informing the customer, this is not the proper way to deal with the customers.
for no reason i lost my money of 450$, and no one is responding properly.
I really lost faith and hope on cloudshare.
