    Hey, did you tried to suspend the environment and resumed it?

    Hey Brandon - if its a pre-installed template, just try to delete and add a new machine.

    From what it sounds - your machine is corrupted - have you tried look in the console page and see if its up?

    just delete it and re-add a new one
