Sharepoint 2013 with external access : Error with Post /_vti_bin/client.svc/ProcessQuery
Hello,
we have just patched our SharePoint server 2013 with November CU 2014 and since, we are unable to save a record in SharePoint when we use external access (Vanity URL).
When we use Fiddler for troubleshooting, we notice that the query "POST /sites/i5_v2/talvi/00073/_vti_bin/client.svc/ProcessQuery HTTP/1.1" cause this error:
4a9
Web Access Error
The remote server you tried to access failed to respond.
The environment owner should check the configuration and verify that the web server is properly configured.
Contact support for more information.
We have no problem when we use the site locally on the server.
Do you have a idea what goes wrong with external access?
FYI, this is the FULL POST request:

hi Eric - sorry alot of your message is getting overlapped. but from whay I can tell it looks like a alternate access mappings or iis problem. is the url assigned in both SP and the webserver?
does it work without the vanity?
I'm also wonderng if the environment is up and running when that happens? -
Hello David,
thank you for your message. Yes, both URL are the same (IIS and AAM (Internet Zone).
Oups, we don't use Vanity URL for this WebApp (my bad). Our URL is http://uvo1xk33fg3csysasdd.env.cloudshare.com
Locally on the server we have no problem, it's work like a charm.
Yes, our environment is running when the problem occur. Write me a personal mail if you want a try, I we will give you a acces.
Thanks.
Éric
