IP restricted acess

We have a requirement from our client that the development environment be restricted through IP access to prevent data / code theft i.e., the developer should be able to access cloud share only from specified IP address(es). Is this possible in CloudShare.

  You can configure personal firewall on your guest os machines.
  windows firewall for windows, or iptables for linux.

  But how does this prevent users from downloading code from a different pc. The idea is to restrict access to cloudshare from specific ip address to prevent code theft

  I was talking about a personal firewall on the cloudshare machines! not in your office :-)
  google how to configure windows firewall / linux iptables and do that on your machines in cloudshare.

  You're kidding right?
  It is up to you.
  you configure it yourself, you control who/what is going on in your machines' guest os apps not anyone else.

  Hi Joseph,

  Another alternative is to upgrade to TeamLabs which provides access to configuring the environment's network. From there you can create a more complex network to filter access to/from your environment through additional VMs. Contact sales@cloudshare.com for more details.
