Unable to create SSA

Hi,

When I try to create Search service application on my SharePoint VM, it errors out with message "Admin component missing". Tried creating through UI and Powershell script, but fails in either case. Please check if its issue with VM.

  I'm sure I've seen this on the forums before. try searching.

  In most cases you just need to reset the admin credentials of the search service, and/or restart it.

  Hi David,
  Thank you for your response. I tried all the steps you have specified, but no luck.

  Everytime the SSA is recreated, its throwing the same error.
