Trying To Install GIMP

what is the problem with installing GIMP. I can get to the download page but get the message listed below when attempting to download:

PAGE BLOCKED
The CloudShare end user agreement prohibits access to the page requested.

  hey Aaron, thats weird. neither can I. Maybe something's wrong with gimp's security? to workaround it you can probably just DL it locally and upload to your cloud folder.
