    I'm also experiencing a Non-working environment, called the Support Desk and got a; '...The computer says No, answer. The Pro-Plus is not supported by Phone.'

    Agreed. I understand that human customer support is expensive but when CloudShare is not functioning as promised, they should relax the rules and be willing to talk to everyone who calls.
