My Project Server 2010 is not working

I can open PWA, I can add a project but it does not let me edit the schedule. Pls help as I've ask support & been waiting for 2 days some answers.

  I just wasn't able to edit anything :(. they reinstalled... another one item I can't close

  You need to configure permissions on new projects

  After you configure permissions, and you want to edit its content all you need to do is press on the "edit" tab, and then all the "greyed" tabs and buttons are becoming available...
