Volume shrink and extend
Hi ,
We have a cloud server in which there are 2 partition namely C and D. C has 30GB and D has 170 GB out of 200GB allocated disk space. We would like to shrink the disk space from Drive "D" and allocate the space to Drive "C". I did shrink of drive D and created new volume. In the new volume i copied all those files in drive D. Now i would like to format and delete the drive so that beside to the C drive i will get an unallocated disk. But I am not able to format the drive D since it has a shared folder which i can not delete as it shows error if i try to delete. Please help us in sorting out this issue.
Thanks

I'm not sure why you'd 'shrink' a disk. but did you try searching for how to extend a disk?
