Virtual machine is sometimes down

Periodically virtual machine is down and I have to run it. It is very uncomfortable. Any ideas how to fix it?

  I think that cloudshare automatically pauses your machine after some time of inactivity. If you use the machine (SSH/RDP) it will not pause automatically.

  Cloudshare uses some sensing or remote access.
  If you are not using your machine, it will be suspended automatically.
  I think that in cloudShare's TeamLabs you can buy something they call 'allways on' that this doesn't happen.,
