Web Access Error

Hello.
We can not access to sp6 server via web. (already done the edit environment - edit user & access).

  In order to check IIS is actually responding to calls by calling it with the actual IP of the VM

  Also verify the port number and protocol (http/s) you use in web access is the same as configured on VM

  can you ping the machine's public ip/ dns?
