Provide CAML query builder in Sharepoint VMWare

I couldn't find CAML query builder in my SharePoint 2010 VMware. It is very necessary for the development purpose. If its already there, then please let me know where exactly is it.

  Hi Satbir, we haven't had many requests for this so it may not take a priority.  You do have full access to your VMs so anything that isn't there already, you can install.
