Allow delegation of account

I would like to see support for delegated account owners... for people who are allowed to do ANYTHING with the environment... this would include managing contributors, snapshots, and possibly even paid features (like extra RAM).

  Hi Scott,

  That is a great idea and one that we have already recommended to our product team. The ability to have a backup account manager would be very helpful and is included in our plans for upcoming revisions of our payment system.
