can find my cloud folder

When I click on "show private folder" and open the cloud folder, I no longer see my cloud folder in my environment environment. 

It runs a script off the command line then it pops up with Windows Explorer and shows me the content of \users\Administrator\mydocuments.

  Hi Peg,

  We have seen similar issues like this before. To reinitialize Cloud Folders being shown properly in your VM, please reboot the machine from within the OS.

  Afterwards, mounting the folder again should bring it back up normally.

  I'm having the exact same issue and doing as you recommended did not resolve the issue. The server is a 2008 R2 server.

  Hey Keith

  Can you access cloudfolders from other machines in the environment?
  Could it be due to a specific network configuration?
  Maybe you have a firewall that blocks the cloudfolders mapping
