    Hi Peg,

    We have seen similar issues like this before. To reinitialize Cloud Folders being shown properly in your VM, please reboot the machine from within the OS.

    Afterwards, mounting the folder again should bring it back up normally.

    I'm having the exact same issue and doing as you recommended did not resolve the issue. The server is a 2008 R2 server.

    Hey Keith

    Can you access cloudfolders from other machines in the environment?
    Could it be due to a specific network configuration?
    Maybe you have a firewall that blocks the cloudfolders mapping
