How to use custom CName?
I tried creating a CName (mytest.mydomain.com) that pointed to my Cloudshare web access URL, but when I try to use that, I get a CloudShare error page. Is there a supported way of using a custom subdomain name for a CloudShare server?

Just an update to this, you can now use our Persistent DNS to CNAME.

Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out.
CNAME does not work for the Web Access URL since the CloudShare hostname is required as part of the HTTP request, however you can use CloudShare Vanity URLs instead.
CNAME for the External Address would only work for a specific session since the External Address would change the next time the environment resumes.
Persistant public hostnames are in the roadmap and should be available in the next few months. This feature will allow you to use CNAME.
