Lync Online in CloudShare

I have been trying to test Lync Online from a CloudShare VM workstation.  Thus far, it is unable to connect.  

I'm able to complete the connection when using a clean workstation, outside of CloudShare.  There could be other variables, but I wanted to find out of the outbound ports are open or if outbound ports required by Lync may be blocked.

The ports are listed below:

• 443 STUN/TCP Outbound
• 443 PSOM/TLS Outbound
• 3478 STUN/UDP Outbound
• 5223 TCP Outbound
• 50000-50019 RTP/UDP Outbound
• 50020-50039 RTP/UDP Outbound
• 50040-50059 UDP Outbound

  Hi Eric,

  We don't block outbound TCP or UDP ports for ProPlus subscribers, except for X11 ports (6000-6063).

  Please open a ticket to support with specific details about your environment in case you run into any issues.
