trial version
i started to use my trial version today to see if this is something i wanted to buy but nothing works! When i try to see a doc, it gives an error message, when i click on different options, it gives an error message... i really can't do anything! The response time is also poor... not sure if it's because it's a trial version or what it is that i should expect in case i purchase this service. I'm trying the SP server 2013 w/SQL 2012 sp1. Also do you happen to have a SQL 2008 with reporting services 2008 & the report builder 2.0? Please help! Thx Grace

Thank you for your message. It sounds like you are referring to a particular template and not ProPlus application. I recommend that you visit this post to help http://blog.cloudshare.com/2012/02/17/we-second-that-emotion/. We have taking your input on this particular template and added it to our list fo things to check and revise. We have many templates, some we create, some our users create. And we understand there will be times when they are not 100% funcitonal. However the great thing abotu CloudShare is the user has full control! So you can either switch to another template, or you can modify the template that you are currently working on becuase youa re server admin. To faster resolve the issues youa re facing please clarify. Are your issues with the Office Web Apps add-on to SharePoint? When you say you can't view documents do you mean in the browser? Or do you mean over web access? Did you check to make sure that Alternate Access Maps are configured for your farm. We do our best to automate the configuration of this, but soemtimes the script does not run when we provision the farms. Please give us any other specifics you can and attached screenshots. This will help us modify that particula template sooner.
In terms of performance please see: http://blog.cloudshare.com/2012/02/11/what-do-we-mean-when-we-say-performance/. You may need to bump up the RAM and Cores on the template you are useing. Also are you using accelerated RDP via the browser Plugin?
