Cannot view VM in RDP but can in Console
Hi, a question: I am unable to access my 'Client 2' and 'Client 3' VMs in Fullscreen RDP mode. It gives a network error, but I can view them in the console view. How do I resolve this issue as it seems to happen fairly often.

Hi Gary,
I had a look at Client 2 and 3 and noticed that Client 2 had a misconfigured IP address so I have corrected that on Client 2 for you. If you have a look at the screenshot below you can use this as a guide for correcting Client 3.
When viewing the VM, click 'More details' at the top right of the screen to be able to easily see the IP as assigned by CloudShare. Then just use that IP instead of the one being shown. You should then be able to connect in RDP properly.

Hi Omar, please see this post for our full guidelines. I tested the access to your Windows machine and it loads without error in fullscreen RDP.
