External IP Address Range
So, we're using our environment to collaboratively develop and test some applications that we're ultimately running/hosting through Windows Azure.
In order to correctly test things, we need access to our Azure Database; to do this from any non-Azure hosting, we need to provide IP Addresses that are permitted access to the Database remotely.
We don't have any Static IP, so our IP address keeps changing, and I need to keep updating the settings; The Static IP can actually suffice for now without much problem as long as we could provide the actual range of IPs that would be generated from our CloudShare Environment dynamically.
This range would be immensely helpful, and allow us to resolve this issue. We are ONLY able to put in numerical IP addresses & IP address ranges, so any type of DNS or the WebAccess permanent URL does not help this.
Appreciate the help!

Hi Rajit,
The changing IPs are a necessity for ProPlus and help keep it as the affordable and dynamic testing solution that it is. However let me see if I can find you some extra information on the IP ranges and I will follow up with you directly.
As a side note, we do also have the Always On feature if keeping the same external address is vital to you.
Thanks!

Thank you...!
The IP Address Range will be very helpful.
I've looked at Always On, that is good to know that the feature is available. Right now, we're really using this just for development & testing and do not require a static IP or an un-suspended environment. All of this is fine, but being able to provide the IP Address Range will solve our one remaining bottleneck.

Thanks Scott -- so could you perhaps escribe how this problem is solved in the enterprise version?
It appears that the Cloudshare netblock is:
CLOUDSHARE LTD. TERRENAP-0-20 (NET-69-***-***-0-1) 69.195.2*.* - 69.195.21*.*
TERRENAP DATA CENTERS, INC. TERRENAP-0-20 (NET-69-***-***-0-1) 69.195.1*.* - 69.195.25*.*

Hi Rich, our Enterprise platform provides for a little more flexibility when it comes to how long an environment lasts for. Usage is based on how long an environment is running for so you can have anything from very small PoC environments running for an hour, after which the environment is automatically scrapped and deleted. Or you can have a more consistent package running for however long you need it.
