MOSS 2007 environment; no internet access; can't connect
Was having internet connection problems. tried to re-enable network connection. can no longer connect to the environment.

Thank you for contacting CloudShare Support. I am sorry you were having problems accessing your environment and would be happy to help correct the problem. We connected successfully in Console mode however not over RDP. We noticed that the DNS was not configured on the SharePoint 2007 machine and that the DNS service was not started on the SharePoint 2010 system.
We started DNS on the SP2010 system and reconfigured the DNS IP on your SP2007 system so you should be able to connect over RDP now. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.
