    Hi Eric,

    We discussed your scenario and what should work is enabling file sharing (see attached screenshot) in the VM and then mapping the local USB drive to the system in question. Let me know if you have any other questions and if I can be of further help.

    I do not see the mount or unmount on my header. I have File Sharing is Enabled.

    You can toggle show/hide cloudfolders from the left panel under File Transfer as demonstrated in the screenshot below:

    You can also toggle CloudFolders from your environment page

    That worked fine. Now I see my ISO image in the Cloud folder. How to I get it to be read/executed? When I select it it only wants to burn it.

    Hi Richard, when you double-click an ISO file, this is the default process Windows will try to run.  To access the contents of an ISO file, you will need to use a virtual disc reader like MagicISO.
