Basic Settings
In Basic Settings mode, the following customization activities are available to you:
You can use the ON/OFF toggle switch on any VM or resource in the environment to control which it will be displayed in the Viewer:

You can use the Default tab dropdown menu to select which item the user will see first upon opening the Viewer. This might be the Overview tab, where you can provide an introduction or initial guide to the user:

In Basic Settings mode, you can set the default sound setting for all VMs in the environment.
This setting primarily controls whether audio can be played in Windows-based VMs when using the Viewer over RDP. An end user can always change the sound setting per VM in the Viewer.

The settings are:
Disabled . No sound is played.
Enabled. When software on the VM uses the sound card, sound is played in the viewer.
Enabled with High Quality. When software on the VM uses the sound card, sound is played in the viewer with higher quality.
Tip
Using Advanced Settings mode, you can also specify the default RDP sound setting per VM.
