End user invitation functionality has been deprecated. Accounts added after July 28th, 2022 are invited to use the built-in invitation features provided by CloudShare Training Classes and CloudShare Sales POCs and Demos.
CloudShare provides a simple-to-use wizard that lets you invite end users to spin up and use their own personal copies of environments in their browser.
Using the wizard, you can create an invitation for one end user or for a prepared list of users. You can use a default email invitation or customize the email for the current invitation.
After you've sent an end user invitation, you can choose from any of the following ways to monitor a prospect's progress:
Use the built-in Salesforce for End-User Invitations integration, found in the CloudShare Integrations Hub, as detailed here.
Use the built-in Google Sheets for End-User Invitations integration, found in the CloudShare Integrations Hub, as detailed here.
Use the Salesforce Integration Package or Salesforce Lightning Integration Package plugins, found in the Salesforce Marketplace. (Using one of these plugins will also enable you to create, send and track end user invitations directly from your Salesforce account.)
Before you create an your end user invitation, you'll need to take a Snapshot of the environment you want to share with your end users.
