The File Sharing link is missing in Internet Explorer 9, 10 & 11
The best way to transfer files to your environment is to use Cloud Folders.
However in most browsers, when logged into a virtual machine, you will notice from the left-hand menu that you have an option to enable or disable File Sharing as below. File Sharing allows for simple, small file transfers by turning your local computer’s drives into virtualized network drives on your CloudShare VM.
In Internet Explorer versions 9, 10 & 11 though, this option has currently been removed from overall functionality.
How to enable File Sharing in Internet Explorer 9, 10 & 11
If IE is your browser of choice, you can still enable the File Sharing functionality. By clicking the ‘broken page’ icon in the top-right of IE (while on the VM screen) the page will be loaded in ‘Compatibility View’. When running IE as an older browser, this will re-enable the option for File Sharing.

We have noticed the best stability and overall user experience comes when using the latest version of Google Chrome as your main browser to access CloudShare. Other supported browsers where the File Sharing functionality is enabled are:
Chrome v4+
Firefox v4+
Internet Explorer v8
Internet Explorer v10 (in Windows 8)
File transfer options
For larger file transfers, CloudShare has its own internal solution: Cloud Folders, which allows for uploading via FTP. If you prefer to use your own solution or have a continuously synced tool, please feel free to try Box, Windows Live SkyDrive, Google Cloud Storage or Dropbox.

Why not just use <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8">

I'm using MSIE 10, the File Sharing option is disabled, but there is no compatibility icon to select to load the page as IE 8, so the work around doesn't work there. Do you have another approach for MSIE 10?
Hey John, if you go to Settings > F12 Developer Tools, you can set the Browser Mode to 'IE10 Compat View'.
